  28.     The idea of the article was using video for multimedia, hence 
  29. the MPEG, AVI, MOV only stance.  The PAR is a whole different thing for 
  30. a whole different purpose.  I don't think people would be happy if they 
  31. came home with the newest game from the store and couldn't play it 
  32. because they didn't have a PAR.
